My New Toy.
As I've mentioned some weeks ago, I finally got myself a brand new toy. Nope, it's not a new cell phone, nor a PDA and no, not new shoes or purse either. Or any other geek gadgets. I've decided to go down the healthier route of living (as I see myself age each day). So I finally got myself a brand spanking new road bike! Now I'm reminding myself that its my "early" birthday present to myself for this year. (Heck, I am turning the Big 3-0 so why not, right?)
So I finally took the first photo of my bike yesterday with my camera phone though. I couldn't take it with me besides it since I was alone out riding. So instead, I took 2 photos separately. Ha. I love camera phones.

Some people have asked whether Its a men's bike but it's not, its a Trek Women's Specific Design (WSD) one. I love how well it fits for me except the seat, its kinda hard. I think perhaps I just need some more butt fat to cushion it up. Ouch.
So yesterday's top speed turned out to be 33mph going downhill. I rode about 10 miles in total. And 33 mph is pretty damn fast to me, quite scary. I wonder what the genius record is for riding on a bike top speed?!

bike looks pretty cool..WOW 33 mph you could get a tix in some residential areas. Just mak sure you don't get BUI (biking under the influence)hahaha. Happy riding.

They have riding pants with paddings. You should try those. It may look kinda funny but it helps. I've seen my co-worker, who rides for 3-4 hours every week, wear them. And you look totally cool with all your biking gear! :D

MKL - you know I was wondering about what the biking rules are when you're on the road. Like, am I suppose to follow the traffic lights as if I was a car or can I just go on red if there are no cars coming? What's the speed limit for bikes on the road? does it depend on which road you're on like a vehicle? Hmm...

33MPH/10M = you only exercised for 20 minutes, Elohssa. Good grief. Guess that's good enough. So, is the bike hanging in the garage right now? No more riding? You are done? $500 bucks for 20 minutes? Hmm?
